Community Social Groups allow people to participate in any of the Amway River Bank Run event distances all under one umbrella while saving $5 on each registration.  Anyone can establish a Social Group – companies, nonprofits/fundraiser, churches, schools, group of friends – with no extra fee and then recruit the members they would like to join them on Saturday, May 9.  Once a Social Group has been created when you register online, the admin receives a unique URL to share to have them join their group.


Each participant is scored individually in their age group.   

To Register Your Social Group for the Amway River Bank Run Please Follow the Steps Below:

  1. Click this link to go directly to the Amway River Bank Run Registration platform.
  2. Click on TEAMS from the menu at the top of the screen.
  3. Scroll to the BOTTOM of the page and select “Register and Create a Team” or “Create a Team without Registering”.
  4. If registering for the Race at the same time you are creating a team, Login or Create an Account.
  5. Create a TEAM name, enter a password (optional) – if you create a password, you must remember to include it with any correspondence to team members, leave the default event blank.
  6. Select “Create Team”
  7. You will have a screen pop-up with the unique URL that can be emailed – copy/paste this URL when you invite others to join.
  8. As the administrator, the team will be in your account profile under “My Groups/Teams”.
